DAILY GOURMET BREAKFAST
Fresh fruit, cereals, muesli, quark, yoghurt, jams, cheese, regional and international sausage and ham specialties, smoked salmon, raw vegetables, fresh bread rolls, pretzels, croissants, homemade cakes, vitality and grain breads, various fruit juices, water and Schwarzmatt sparkling wine. Plus fresh country eggs, a daily changing smoothie and a culinary morning greeting from the kitchen.

Coffee time – a sweet dream at Schwarzmatt! Following old family recipes, the patisserie conjures up heavenly delicacies such as our house specialty milk cream strudel or the classic Black Forest gateau day after day. Enjoy a fine cup of Darboven coffee or an exquisite tea from Ronnefeldt.
OUR TERRACE
Depending on the season, pansies, daffodils, forget-me-nots and tulips shine in the floral splendour around our garden terrace, complemented in summer by the colorful geraniums on our balconies. An atmospheric and cheerful overall arrangement in which all culinary delights taste even better!
FIRESIDE LOUNGE & BAR
Simply lean back over an aperitif or digestif, meet loved ones and continue daydreaming in the evening. Where else, if not here by the fireplace or at the bar? The Kaminhalle offers you a place to relax around the clock – whether it’s after breakfast for a look at the daily newspaper, browsing through your vacation reading, coffee time in the afternoon or – in good Baden style – the “Absackerle” after dinner. Enjoy a fresh draught Pilsner, a sparkling glass of champagne or our cocktail of the day. Guests from outside the hotel are also welcome to end the day with a glass of wine or a fine whisky.
