BOOKING INFORMATION

Arrival / Departure
On the day of arrival your room is available from 3.00 pm and on the day of departure until 11.00 am. We will be happy to store your luggage at reception. Should you arrive later than 8.00 pm, please let us know, as the hotel is closed overnight from 11.00 pm.

Parking
There are free outdoor parking spaces in front of and behind the hotel. Numbered parking spaces in our underground garage can be booked at a price of € 15 per parking space per night. An e-charging station is available in the underground garage for a fee.

Tourist tax in Badenweiler
On behalf of the municipality of Badenweiler, we charge a tourist tax of € 3.35 per person per night for your stay in our hotel, which will be added to your hotel bill. The visitor’s tax entitles you to the KONUS guest card, which allows you to use public transport in the region free of charge.

Children and extra beds
Extra beds in baby, children’s or extra beds in the parents “room (2 full-paying adults) for up to 2 children including breakfast or half board (depending on the parents” booking):
up to and including 6 years free of charge
from 7 to 13 years: € 35 per child and night including breakfast / € 45 per child and night including half board
from 14 to 17 years: € 70 per child and night including breakfast / € 90 per child and night including half board
As the 1st and 2nd person in a double room, children up to and including 13 years receive a discount of € 25 per child and night. Children up to the age of 13 receive a discount of € 25,- per child and night as the 1st and 2nd person in a double room.
From the age of 14 the price in the price list applies.
For adults we charge € 90,- per night including breakfast in a double room
(half board surcharge € 55,- to € 72,-).

Hotel bill
You can settle your hotel bill at reception on the day of departure or on the evening before your departure. We prefer cash payment or an EC/girocard (please note a possible daily limit), but also accept credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, VISA).

Cancellation or shortening of your stay
Cancellation or shortening of your room reservation will be accepted free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that, we will of course try to re-let the room. If this is not successful, we will charge 80% of the agreed room price. To avoid this unpleasant situation for both parties, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Massage and cosmetics
Please arrange your desired appointments for massages or cosmetic treatments in advance via reception if possible. Further information can be found here.

Pets
We also welcome your pet by prior arrangement and ask you to bring a blanket or basket. We are happy to see your pet in all public areas, except in our restaurant. We charge € 25 per pet per night for accommodation (excluding meals).

Birthday present in the anniversary year
If you are celebrating a round or half-round birthday on site, you will receive the price of one night’s accommodation (incl. breakfast) as a birthday present for stays of 4 nights or more.

A thank you for you
If your friends or acquaintances make a reservation at our hotel through your personal recommendation, you will receive 10% of their accommodation turnover credited to your next stay at the Schwarzmatt (excluding Easter, Christmas and New Year’s Eve). Please let us have the name and address so that we can introduce the Schwarzmatt in your name.
