“Black Forest wellness time-out” competition conditions of participation

As part of the “Black Forest Wellness Getaway Giveaway,” the Hotel Schwarzmatt is giving away a getaway in the Black Forest for two people via Facebook and Instagram, featuring two nights’ stay in a double room, including breakfast and access to the hotel’s wellness area. The giveaway begins on July 1, 2026, and ends on July 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Only users who are at least 18 years old and have permanent residence in Germany are eligible to participate. There is no cost to enter the giveaway. Participation is not tied to the purchase of goods and/or the use of services. To participate on Facebook, participants must “Like” the Hotel Schwarzmatt Facebook page, as well as comment on and/or “Like” the giveaway post and/or share it publicly on their profile. To participate on Instagram, participants must follow the Hotel Schwarzmatt Instagram page and like and/or comment on the giveaway post. The winner will be selected by random drawing.

The Hotel Schwarzmatt (Hotel Schwarzmatt Badenweiler, Schwarzmattstr. 6a, 79410 Badenweiler-Therme, Tel.: 07632 / 8201-0, Email: info@schwarzmatt.de, https://www.landhaus-hoepen.de/de/impressum/) is the organizer responsible for this campaign and is hereinafter referred to as the “operator”.

The competition is in no way connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram. The recipient of the data provided by the participants is not Facebook or Instagram, but the operator. Questions, suggestions and complaints should therefore be addressed exclusively to the operator.

The winners will be chosen at random and published in the comment field below the competition or in a new post. The winners have two weeks to claim their prize by sending an email to the organizer. After the two weeks from the publication of the winners, the claim to the prize lapses.

The prize is neither exchangeable nor transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.

Legal representatives, employees, dealers and partners of the operator as well as all persons involved in the creation and implementation of the promotion and the family members of all the aforementioned persons are excluded from participating in the promotion.

The operator is not liable for technical or other problems that are beyond its control.

By participating in the promotion, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.

Final provisions

These conditions of participation represent the final regulations for the competition. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation.
