“Black Forest wellness time-out” competition conditions of participation

In the “Black Forest wellness time-out competition”, the Hotel Schwarzmatt is giving away a time-out in the Black Forest for 2 people with 2 nights in a double room including breakfast and use of the hotel’s own wellness area on Facebook and Instagram. The competition starts on July 20, 2025 and ends on July 26, 2025 at 11:59 pm. Only users with a minimum age of 18 years and a permanent residence in Germany are eligible to participate. There are no costs for participating in the competition. It is not linked to the purchase of goods and/or the use of services. To participate on Facebook, the player must mark the Hotel Schwarzmatt Facebook page with “Like” and comment on and / or like the competition and / or share it publicly in their profile. To participate on Instagram, the player must follow the Hotel Schwarzmatt Instagram page and like and/or comment on the competition. The winner will be determined by drawing lots.

The Hotel Schwarzmatt (Hotel Schwarzmatt Badenweiler, Schwarzmattstr. 6a, 79410 Badenweiler-Therme, Tel.: 07632 / 8201-0, Email: info@schwarzmatt.de, https://www.landhaus-hoepen.de/de/impressum/) is the organizer responsible for this campaign and is hereinafter referred to as the “operator”.

The competition is in no way connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram. The recipient of the data provided by the participants is not Facebook or Instagram, but the operator. Questions, suggestions and complaints should therefore be addressed exclusively to the operator.

The winners will be chosen at random and published in the comment field below the competition or in a new post. The winners have two weeks to claim their prize by sending an email to the organizer. After the two weeks from the publication of the winners, the claim to the prize lapses.

The prize is neither exchangeable nor transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.

Legal representatives, employees, dealers and partners of the operator as well as all persons involved in the creation and implementation of the promotion and the family members of all the aforementioned persons are excluded from participating in the promotion.

The operator is not liable for technical or other problems that are beyond its control.

By participating in the promotion, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.

Final provisions

These conditions of participation represent the final regulations for the competition. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation.
